Work that runs past the booked block is finished on a follow-up visit. Parts, materials, hauling & disposal fees not included unless approved in advance. Tasks are completed at the technician's discretion based on safety and site conditions. Does not include licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, pest, or emergency work.
